The first of a series of studies / proposals that combines the efforts of F4 Construction team that was set up to implement the holistic approach to the design process, construction and distribution we would like to promote.

 

The project combines, from its inception, the collective strategy that has derived from the various consultants forming the design and implementation team.

 

Our effort is manifested in the triptych inspiration + design + application.

 

F4 Construction will act as the executing and implementation agency ensuring the consistency, continuity and quality of the original design.

 

The maisonette spans in 4 levels that could be described as follows:

 

1. Basement 65,50 m2 open space with WC. The open space could be arranged as desired and is linked internally with the upper floors with the common staircase. There is the option with the addition of an external staircase to create an autonomous individual space with an independent entrance. It can be used for all purposes as playroom / guest room / storage etc.

 

2. Ground floor 71 m2 consisting of a large open plan living room with fireplace / dining room, kitchen that allows direct access to the living room / lounge , WC, and storage space.

 

3. 1st floor 59,50 m2 consisting of one double bedroom with en-suit, main bathroom with storage and another double bedroom.

 

4. Loft 30 m2 consisting of one double bedroom with en-suit and storage space in the roof space.
